About Me

Layal El Mais is a Lebanese-born based in UAE ..entrepreneur and visionary whose journey reflects resilience, purpose, and an unshakable belief that nothing is impossible.

Raised in the Bekaa Valley of Lebanon, Layal grew up in a home rooted in values, love, faith and pride. With amazing parents and two brothers she deeply cherishes, she carries her family name — El Mais — with honor wherever she goes. Her early years at the Evangelical School in Zahle shaped a healthy, balanced childhood and teenage life, nurturing her character, confidence, and strong sense of identity.

She pursued her passion for communication by graduating in Communication & Media Studies from the Lebanese American University (LAU), where her social foundation, discipline, and early professional presence were formed.

She then joined MBC Group, one of the Arab world’s most influential media institutions — a place she proudly calls her “first school.” At MBC, Layal refined her communication skills, storytelling strength, and the confidence that later defined her leadership.

Entrepreneurial by nature, Layal soon launched her first company and her signature chocolate brand, “Lalista,” in Lebanon — a venture that embodied her creativity, precision, and dedication to excellence.

Following Lalista’s success, Layal expanded her journey into luxury event production, organizing distinguished events across the Arab world and collaborating with royal families, high-profile brands, and influential personalities. Her work earned recognition for its elegance, cultural awareness, and elevated standards.

.Driven by ambition and a desire to grow beyond borders, Layal relocated to the United Arab Emirates, a country whose vision, values, and limitless opportunities deeply aligned with her own. Despite personal challenges — rebuilding life as a single mother away from her children, navigating Lebanon’s economic collapse, and entering a highly competitive market — Layal transformed every difficulty into strength.

In the UAE, she evolved into a respected entrepreneur , consultant, and strategic collaborator. She worked with luxury corporates, partnered with governmental entities, and immersed herself in the worlds of investment, diplomacy, and cross-sector collaborations. Her admiration for diplomacy inspired her to study and pursue it further, continuously expanding her knowledge to achieve the diplomatic goals she aspires to.

Today, through her personal brand L212, Layal represents heritage, resilience, ambition, and belonging.

I have always believed in numerology and the idea that everything happens for a reason. Certain numbers carry messages, guidance, and alignment — and 212 is one of them. It is a number that appears everywhere in my life, a soul-aligned marker of destiny.

7 — my number of faith, victory, and trust in God’s plan.
